IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Ridge Property Management is a Jackson property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
