IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Loom Property Management looks after rental homes across the Indianapolis area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
