IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Umber Health provides primary and specialty care in Indianapolis. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
