IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Corner Markets is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
