IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak West Arts Center is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
