IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Indianapolis, IN)

Foxglove Fern Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Indianapolis, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We reward reliability. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
