IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Field Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Houston plant, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Houston. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
