IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Juniper Civic Services Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
