IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Houston, TX)

Westbrook Keystone Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Houston presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 706 people based in Houston. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
