IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Keystone Telecom is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
