IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Hollow Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Honolulu. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
