IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management Group is a Honolulu property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 523 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
