IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Summit Meridian Inspection Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
