IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Honolulu, HI)

Redstone Bright Insurance is an insurance company in Honolulu with claims and service teams. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
