IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Honolulu, HI)

Summit Maple Community Partners is a Honolulu charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
