IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Oak Banking Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
