IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Financial and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
