IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Construction is a Fresno contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
