IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Stone Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Fresno. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 329 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
