IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Orchard Telecom is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
