IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lakeside Arts Center and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
