IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit Juniper Freight and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
