IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Summit Property Management looks after rental homes across the Fort Worth area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
