IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (El Paso, TX)

Nova Glen Inspection Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
