IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Birch Telecom is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
