IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (El Paso, TX)

Bright Linden Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in El Paso, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
