IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (El Paso, TX)

Nova Kestrel Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from El Paso. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
