IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Maple Learning Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
