IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Quill Foods produces packaged foods at its Detroit plant, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
