IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Detroit, MI)

Clearpath Amber Community Partners Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
