IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Des Moines, IA)

Highbridge Pine Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Des Moines plant, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
