IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Rowan Civic Services supports public agencies in Denver with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
