IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Forge Inspection Services is an inspection company in Denver with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Denver. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
