IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Denver, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
