IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Cross Civic Services Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Denver. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
