IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Ridge Community Partners is a Denver charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
