IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Clear Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Denver, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Denver. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
