IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Rowan Arts Center is an arts centre in Dallas with a full calendar of events, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
