IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Dallas, TX)

Redstone Iron Construction Associates builds commercial and industrial projects around Dallas, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
