IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge Sparrow Foods is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
