IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Dallas, TX)

Lumen Mill Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Dallas. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
