IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Haven Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Dallas region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
