IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Group is a Dallas manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
