IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Basin Energy and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
