IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Columbus, OH)

Bluepeak Clear Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
