IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Loom Insurance is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 721 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
