IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Birch Legal Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
