IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Granite Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Columbus region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 652 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
