IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Haven Learning Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
