IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Keystone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Columbus, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
